A classic! I feel like everyone read this in high school… except me. I really loved this book. I was so intrigued by the dystopia described in 1984 because it’s all too relevant today. Big Brother is always listening… well so is Alexa! Orwell created a frightening picture of a world where the government defines reality and where propaganda and false information permeates society. In an era where fake news runs rampant and propaganda litters government elections, 1984 is as relevant as ever.
