Cookies and Cream Cookies

I’ve seen these cookies online and been craving them for weeks! They’re not just something you can whip up because they require a few unique ingredients, like cookies and cream pudding mix. But they come out perfectly soft and chewy!

Here’s the recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 (4.2 oz) package Oreo Cookies & Cream pudding mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 15 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed (you want big chunks!)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Add the pudding mix until well blended.

Step 2

Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and baking soda and continue mixing.

Step 3

Stir in the Oreo pieces.

Step 4

Place spoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes!

Some notes…

  1. If your dough is crumbly when you are attempting to put in on the baking sheet, it’s fine. Just pack it into a ball so that it stays together.

  2. They cookies don’t really spread like normal cookies. They stay in almost the exact same shape the whole time they’re in the oven. They might not look done when you open the oven after 9 or 10 minutes, but they are!
